A refit typically consists of replacing the kitchen, bathroom, floors and doors, skirting boards, installing any fitted furniture or design features, servicing and repairing the heating system and repainting the inside and outside of the house. Other items include insulating the attic, dry lining the inside face of walls, repairing the roof and fitting new windows and doors.
In addition to everything listed under our refresh option, our realign project involves changing the layout of a home in some shape or form. Changing the layout involves opening up spaces and making the property brighter and flow better. This is done by knocking walls, changing a window to a door or a window to a door or changing the use of a room.
Our refurbish option is for those who are looking to renovate an old house or a house that’s in a poor state of disrepair. In addition to everything listed under our refresh and realign options our refurbish option typically sees us rewire houses, install a new heating system and undertake any remedial work required.
