Home Renovation Specialists

We refurbish & renovate houses and apartments in Dublin.

Houses to Restore provide an end-to-end home renovation and refurbishment service to homeowners who are ready to transform their home.

We transform all types of house including old houses that need to be totally transformed, houses that are dated and need to be modernised and houses need to be reimagined as they no longer serve the needs of those who live in the property.

We created three options that encapsulate the types of houses we’ve outlined above and everything in between. The options are refresh, realign and refurbish and they’re explained below.

Refresh

Our refresh option involved removing all of the existing fixtures, fittings and finishes. Once everything has been removed we make any tweaks required before refitting the house out. A refit typically consists of replacing the kitchen, bathroom, floors and doors, skirting boards, installing any fitted furniture or design features, servicing and repairing the heating system and repainting the inside and outside of the house. Other items include insulating the attic, dry lining the inside face of walls, repairing the roof and fitting new windows and doors.

Realign

In addition to everything listed under our refresh option, our realign project involves changing the layout of a home in some shape or form. Changing the layout involves opening up spaces and making the property brighter and flow better. This is done by knocking walls, changing a window to a door or a window to a door or changing the use of a room.

Refurbish

Our refurbish option is for those who are looking to renovate an old house or a house that’s in a poor state of disrepair. In addition to everything listed under our refresh and realign options our refurbish option typically sees us rewire houses, install a new heating system and undertake any remedial work required.

End-to-End Home Refurbishment

Our end-to-end home refurbishment service involves Houses to Restore getting involved in your home renovation project from the outset. We provide everything you need to renovate your home including a dedicated project manager, a quantity surveyor, an interior designer, a structural engineer, an architect and the trades people required.

Our step by step process ensures you’re aware of what to expect at each stage and are aware of the costs associated with each step in advance

Interior Design

Houses to Restore’s design centric approach involves utilising an interior designer to advise on the layout and choose the fixtures, fittings and finishes to transform your home.

Our interior designer gets involved with your project from stage 4 of our process. At the end of this stage you’ll have the blueprint to transform your home.

Often deemed a luxury we believe that incorporating the skillset of an interior designer into Houses to Restore project ensures the end product is far better than anything you imagined.
